Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Full Time or Part Time - Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established occupational health provider based onsite in Crewe.
This is a varied and rewarding role working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, where you will play a key part in promoting employee health and wellbeing.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering a full occupational health service, including:
- Case management
- Fitness for work assessments
- Pre-employment medicals
- Health surveillance
- Workplace assessments
- Providing evidence-based occupational health advice
- Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
- An Occupational Health qualification
- Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
